We offer STAR Medicaid and CHIP services for children, teens, pregnant women, and families. Parkland Community Health Plan is a community-based health insurance plan offering health care coverage to the communities of North Texas. Our insurance products include STAR Medicaid, CHIP and CHIP Perinatal. Our service area covers Dallas, Collin, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, and Rockwall counties, where members can seek care at more than 6,000 doctors and specialists and over 40 hospitals and urgent care centers.
