Workshop announcement!!! Sunday Feb 1st, 2026 4:30-6:00pm

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that involves sinking into passive poses for extended periods, typically 3–5 minutes, to target the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia. It encourages relaxation, improves flexibility, and promotes mindfulness

Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation to induce a state of profound relaxation between waking and sleeping. Once you enter this state, we will plant a seed of resolution, or "sankalpa", in the subconscious mind. Let's get those New Year's resolutions set in our minds so that they can bloom into fruition!
