After working hard to lose over 100 pounds, she underwent an extended abdominoplasty, 360 liposuction, and fat grafting to hip dips. After losing significant weight, this patient was left with excess skin and fat. She desired upper pole fullness of her breast, butt projection, and improvement of her arms. A breast augmentation, arm lift, liposuction, and fat transfer to the buttocks were performed to achieve her desired results. She is 6 weeks post-op and is already so happy with her results!
