Our goal was to create a smoother profile and a more defined, supported tip — while maintaining a natural result that complements the patient’s features.

Using advanced Piezo ultrasonic technology, we performed controlled reshaping of the nasal bones to smooth the dorsal profile and correct deviation with exceptional accuracy. The nasal tip was carefully refined and supported to improve projection, symmetry, and long-term stability.

This patient presented with concerns affecting both her profile and front view, including a dorsal deviation, a prominent dorsal hump, a bulbous tip, and a drooping nasal tip. Our goal was to create a straighter, smoother, and more refined nose while preserving a natural look that complements her facial features.
Using advanced Piezo ultrasonic technology, the nasal bones were carefully reshaped to correct the deviation and smooth the dorsal hump with exceptional accuracy and minimal trauma. To address tip droop and bulbosity, an MTF cartilage graft was placed to provide strong structural support, enhance projection, and create long-lasting definition.

He originally came in with three main concerns:
▪️ A drooping, bulbous nasal tip
▪️ A prominent dorsal hump
▪️ A septal deformity affecting both appearance and breathing

At just 3 months post-op, you can already see a significant improvement in definition and balance. The dorsal hump has been smoothed for a straighter, stronger profile, the tip has been refined and structurally supported (while maintaining masculine features), and the septal correction has improved both symmetry and function.

His result is natural, structured, and harmonious with the rest of his face — and he’ll continue to see subtle refinement as swelling resolves over the coming months.
