We are pleased to have two talented counseling interns currently completing their Master’s of Counseling degree at Southern Methodist University.
Sarah Eck brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, along with lived experience navigating infertility, parenting through assisted reproductive technology, and breast cancer survivorship. She specializes in supporting couples, families, and adults facing illness, infertility, menopause, grief, anxiety, caregiver stress, and other major life transitions, helping clients strengthen communication, resilience, and connection during difficult seasons. She is also a certified Prepare & Enrich® facilitator for couples and is currently accepting new clients.
Nabila Alharith holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the American University of Sharjah and has experience as a domestic violence hotline volunteer, grounding her work in trauma-informed care. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups navigating relational challenges, grief, depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. She is also a certified Prepare & Enrich® facilitator for couples at all stages and is currently accepting new clients.
Together, Sarah and Nabila bring warmth, thoughtfulness, and a collaborative approach to their work. They are committed to helping clients build insight, strengthen relationships, develop practical coping skills, and move toward greater emotional health and meaningful growth.
