Document/upload patient results.
Clean and maintain Exam Room, and/or other equipment.
Perform quality control procedures on equipment and/or report any issues.
May educate patient and family regarding plan of treatment or procedure.
Prepare patient for examination by assessing condition, taking vital signs, and/or documenting medical record.
Administer medication and/or injections. May setup IV if necessary.
Prepare Examination Rooms by arranging sterile instruments on tray and/or Stocking Rooms with medical supplies.
Remote monitoring patients' blood pressure.
Assist with front office duties as needed.

Performs patient check-in.
Verifying patient insurance benefits.
Answers phone calls and directs them appropriately.
Schedules appointments.
Prescription refills and prior authorization (PA).
Medical supplies requests.
Home health, and therapy orders.
General office duties as required.

COVID-19 vaccination appointments are available!
We are pleased to announce that we have obtained 100 doses of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. We are taking appointments for those 18 and older. Appointments can be made online and through telephone. If slots do not fill, same-day walk-ins will be accepted.
