Grateful beyond words for everyone who braved the cold last night at Walsh Ranch in Fort Worth. ❄️💫

What unfolded was pure magic. A beautiful community gathering in stillness, sound, and connection. The vibrations carried us inward, wrapped us in warmth, and reminded us that healing happens when we choose to show up for ourselves.

We closed with an intimate vibrational tone immersion for those who felt called to receive the sound bowls directly on the body, allowing the frequencies to melt tension, restore balance, and ground the nervous system.

Thank you for trusting the journey, for showing up in the chill, and for letting the sound hold you.

Our second public sound bath of the year. ✨

It was chilly and rainy, yet people came from all over to gather in community.

My husband once told me, “Try never to cancel a class, because you never know who might need it.” That has always rung true.

I love showing up to do this work, and it was truly an honor to hold space and facilitate sound for each of you.

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for your energy. And it was so beautiful to see so many familiar faces.
