As someone who struggles with acne, I see these mistakes all the time 👀
And they might be the reason your skin isn’t improving…

1. Over-exfoliating - More is NOT better. You’re actually damaging your skin barrier and causing more irritation (aka more breakouts).
2. Mixing too many actives - Layering everything at once? Your skin is overwhelmed. Keep it simple + intentional.
3. Using the wrong products for your skin type - What works for someone else might be making your acne worse.
