Recently, a patient shared a deeply meaningful note expressing their appreciation for the outstanding care they’ve received from one of our Advanced Infusion Care (AIC) nurses over the past few years.
The patient highlighted that during one of their weekly IVIG administrations, the AIC nurse carefully prepared their IV line and checked their vitals, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and blood oxygen levels. “The nurse’s professionalism and attention to detail have consistently made me comfortable during my infusions, which gives me confidence and peace of mind during my treatments.”
In addition, the patient noted that beyond her technical expertise, the nurse demonstrates exceptional care and compassion..“She genuinely cares about my well-being, is always looking to improve my general health, and continually provides helpful suggestions to improve how I feel. I feel very fortunate that she is my nurse”.
