The CAPS Center will be closed for winter break and returning January 5! If smiling is not feeling like your favorite or you’re feeling more vulnerable than a peach, don’t forget our counselor-on-call is still available to you over break. However you spend this time, we hope it’s filled with comfort, safety, and restoration. See you in 2026!

We are so happy to have more new interns joining us this year! Grace Conner is from Lock Haven’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and is meeting with students for individual sessions. Emily Evans is from Marywood University’s Art Therapy program and is meeting with students for individual sessions, as well as running the weekly art therapy groups. Schedule online to meet with them or give us a call!

Did you know we offer 30 minute drop-ins throughout the week? Any MU student can utilize 2 per semester. These are a great option if you’re looking for some quick support.
