I’m excited to offer 2 new classes in 2026. QiGong and Tai Chi are gentle classes designed especially for folks who want to improve balance, flexibility, and peace of mind.

No experience is needed — we move at a comfortable, supportive pace.

Classes are held at The Body Center.
QiGong begins Sunday, January 4, 11am.
Tai Chi begins on Wednesday, January 7, 4:30pm
