Because of my brother, Avery McQueen, The Angie & Avery Foundation was blessed with the opportunity to serve six foster care families and one single mother 🙏🏾

In total, we were able to serve 22 children across Atlanta and the surrounding areas 👏🏿🎁

This mission would not have been possible without the support of others. God blessed us with Pastor and First Lady Kennedy of Reveal Church
Reveal Church, LaTanya Cole of FBLA National Center, U.S. Marine Corps
Toysfor Tots
and—of course—our incredible staff at The Angie & Avery Foundation 💐

A special thank you to all the families who received toys just in time for Christmas this year 🎄 & thank you for pouring into children in need. Because of that we were happy to pour back into you.

Above all, we give all credit to our Creator, to Avery, and to my mother. Without Avery’s life, we would not have been able to serve nearly 400 children with Christmas toys since December 17th 2021 🥰

Honoring Edward Raymond Reed
A True American Hero 🇺🇸

Happy Marine Corps Birthday 🎉

My husband, Edward Raymond Reed, has devoted his life to serving our country with honor and distinction.

* United States Marine Corps (1979–1984)
Served 5 years of Active Duty Federal Service. 🇺🇸

* United States Army / South Carolina National Guard (1995–2013) 🇺🇸

Served 7 years in an Active Duty capacity, and an additional 13 years completing annual two-week training periods—adding up to 1 more year of Active Duty Federal Service 🇺🇸

Total Active Duty during this period: 8 years. 🇺🇸

* Department of Defense (2016–2021) DCMA
Served 5 additional years of Active Duty Federal Service. 🇺🇸

* Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
Served 2 months in 2022 and 10 months from 2024–2025, totaling 1 year of Active Duty Federal Service. 🇺🇸

In total, Edward has dedicated 29 years of Federal Service to the United States — with 19 of those years spent in Active Duty status.

Beyond his military and federal service, Edward continues to serve his country and community through the Angie & Avery Foundation where he has spent the last four years leading philanthropic efforts that uplift and support others ❤️

Throughout his distinguished career, Edward has received numerous awards for his bravery and service across four continents during wartime and humanitarian missions, including:
🌍 Europe
🌍 Africa
🌏 Japan & the Philippines
🌍 Afghanistan – Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF)
🌍 Kuwait
🌍 Beirut – Lebanese Civil War
🌍 Cuban Refugee Crisis (Mariel Boatlift, 1980)
🌍 Hurricane Relief Missions in South Carolina

We are incredibly proud of our Veteran — We Love You, Edward! ❤️

My nephew Mike is serving his country in the U.S. Army as a medic in New York 🇺🇸

His brother, my nephew Jayden is serving his country in the U.S. Air Force in Italy 🇺🇸

A special thank you to our dedicated staff at The Angie & Avery Foundation and the talented golf students of Rock Hill High School in Frisco, TX, for their heartfelt support in preparing Holiday Cards for veterans at home and abroad.

Happy Veterans Day to all U.S. Veterans around the world. 🇺🇸
Your courage, sacrifice, and service will never be forgotten
