We see you out there crushing it, Dallas! The leaderboard is moving fast, but we noticed a few of you are working hard without getting the credit in the app.

To stay in the running for the $25.00 Gorilla Bucks drawing, follow these "Pro-Tips" to make sure your sync is perfect:

1️⃣ Connect ONE Device: Whether it’s Strava, Garmin, Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Google/Apple Health—pick your favorite and link it! ⚠️ Please only connect ONE source. Multiple connections cause "Double Dipping" and will disqualify you from the prize drawing.

2️⃣ Go Public: Check your privacy settings in the World Gym App. If your profile is set to private, we can't see your amazing progress on the leaderboard! Set it to Public so we can cheer you on.

3️⃣ Check Your Progress: If you’ve joined the challenge but don't see your numbers moving, come see us at the front desk. We’ll get you synced in seconds!

The Reward: Remember, everyone who completes the 4,000-calorie goal (fairly and accurately!) gets entered to win $25.00 in Gorilla Bucks for World Gym gear!

Gym Update: Temporary Schedule Changes & A Special Perk!

Attention World Gym members! Our trainer Jessica is moving this week, so her classes will be on pause while she gets settled. She will be back in action next week.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have some great news to make sure you don't miss a beat in your fitness routine!

🎁 Special Promotion: WGA for FREE

To give you more options while Jessica is out, we are opening up all World Gym Athletics (WGA) classes to all members for free this week! This is normally a $50.00 add-on, so it’s the perfect time to try something new.

Check out these WGA classes at the WGA building:

HIIT Squad: A high-intensity interval class using body weight, kettlebells, jump ropes, and more. 

Times: Mon/Wed at 8:00 am (Sophie) and Mon–Thu at 3:30 pm (Julie). 

Fitness for Life: Focuses on real functional training and mobility to prepare you for anything life throws your way. 

Times: Tue/Thu/Sat at 8:00 am (Landon). 

Strength in Motion: Focuses on increasing mobility and flexibility through full-range-of-motion movements. 

Times: Monday at 5:30 pm (Landon). 

Mom Fitness: Designed specifically for moms. 

Times: Tue/Thu at 9:00 am (Sophie).

We hate missing a workout with you, but safety and health come first! This is a great reminder to always check the World Gym app or our website calendar before heading in. We keep it updated in real-time so you’re never left wondering.
