Enhabit then and now! Senior Clinical Auditor Ayla S., RN, began her nursing career in 2010 as a medical‑surgical nurse, but her heart was always in hospice. "Hospice was my calling,’ she says. ‘Bedside hospice nursing will always be the highlight of my career."

Since beginning her hospice journey in 2012, Ayla has grown into roles that expanded her impact while staying rooted in quality care. She joined Enhabit in 2016 — and she’s never looked back. "I’ve stayed because of the support and friendship of my amazing co‑workers and supervisors," she shares. "I love our employees and want to help them provide excellent patient‑ and family‑centered care."

Ayla’s journey shows what’s possible when passion meets opportunity.
