I spent today at the Richardson Senior Center Health Fair and had a great time meeting lots of wonderful people and giving a talk on nutrition to manage steady blood sugar. 🎉 I'm so excited to share that I recently completed the Restorative Wellness Practitioner Level 3 certification which means I am now incorporating blood panels in my practice, in addition to microbiome, food sensitivity, and hormone testing. I use a “test don’t guess” approach and blood panels provide valuable information to help identify what is causing health issues and guide our approach to wellness.

Hello friends! I publish new recipes and content on my website weekly and this week's recipe is Roasted Butternut Squash Soup. It's gluten-free, dairy-free, and AIP (auto-immune protocol)-friendly. It can also be made vegan if you use vegetable stock instead of chicken stock. It may look very orange but it's pretty darn tasty! 😋
