Last month, our Clinical Nutrition faculty, students and alumni attended the Food and Nutrition Conference & Expo in Nashville, Tennessee. This annual gathering for nutrition and dietetic professionals creates space for learning, networking and exploring the latest food and health innovations.

Robyn Wei, MCN, RDN, LD, CPT, Clinical Nutrition alumna and Ph.D. Candidate in the Applied Clinical Research program, presented at this year's conference. Ms. Wei's poster presentation is titled, "Evaluating Taste Perception and Acceptance of Potassium-enriched Salt Substitutes Among U.S. Adults."
