PART 2: My dietitian brain is just split on this whole trend. One part of me is like “well this is great that these fast food places are prioritizing protein, because typically fast food restaurants don’t typically have high in protein.
But on the other hand, it should not be a reason why people are led to eat more fast food food or restaurant food because now with the addition of protein has suddenly made it part of a balanced diet.
