It’s time for me to flip this space so it is home ready for my next resident.

For years we were taught to fear feeling full.
So tell me… 👀👀 when you eat a meal and feel fullness in your stomach, what’s the first thought that pops into your head?
I’m going to always keep it real with you— for me, there was definitely an era when I would try to eat slightly less than full because that’s what I heard was “healthy”! Thank goodness for knowledge, awareness, and the drive to be different!

Happy National Registered Dietitian Day! Today I’m reflecting on something deeper than credentials.
Whether it’s helping women rebuild their their relationships with food…
building a business…
or building something with my own two hands…

the principle is the same.

Consistency.
Vision.
And believing that if you put your mind to something… it will get done.

This reading nook didn’t exist a few weeks ago.

But like Drake said:

“All I gotta do is put my mind to this sh*t.”

Happy National RD Day to every dietitian out there doing the work to change lives.
