After 10 years of running Disney races, and 18 years Disney being such an integral part of my adult life, I’ve realized something…

It’s not the rides.
It’s not the parks.
It’s not even the entertainment.

It’s the people.

The relationships that fuel my soul. The ones I may not talk to every day or see more than once a year — sometimes even less — but when we’re together, it’s instant. Love. Support. History. Laughter.

Sometimes they show up on race courses in the most unexpected ways, bringing smiles and motivation right when I need it most.

Disney may be the backdrop… but the real magic has always been the humans it’s brought into my life. And even the ones it didn’t bring — we create new memories here anyway. 💜✨

Just feeling really blessed.

80s Week is one of my favorite times of the year, and this time was no exception! 🎉💿 From neon glow to punk rock to the iconic tunes, we went ALL OUT, and it wouldn't have been the same without the rest of the CP crew bringing their best retro vibes. The member’s smiles are why I go all out every year—can't wait to do it even bigger next year! 😜💥

The man. The myth. The legend. I posted him in my story but it doesn’t do it justice. I am still geeking out. Totally fan girling. The fact that you can meet a Pilates LEGEND, spend time in their presence, learn from them and they have the most AMAZING, UPLIFTING, JOYOUS energy. I know I have told you but thank you, thank you, thank you for coming and pouring into all of us. PS I murdered my members today and blamed it on you 😘

5 years ago with sorority sisters at I hit my breaking point. I hated every picture we took. I was beyond self-conscious and had been sick and tired for a long time but doctor after doctor made me feel like a hypochondriac. My friends convinced me that I could run the 2016 Princess Half Marathon. I didn’t run 90% of it but I FINISHED IT!!! More importantly it started the journey of me becoming my own best advocate. I stopped trusting every word a doctor said and started listening to my body. Pictures on the left are Nov 2015, right is Nov 2020. It’s never too late to reclaim your life!! •
