The truth about recovery:
it doesn’t start with a peptide ……it starts with understanding what training actually does to your body.
Exercise is stress by design.
You break tissue down so it can rebuild stronger. Recovery is the process that allows that adaptation to happen through sleep, nutrition, load management, and proper programming.
Peptides can support recovery.
They may help with tissue repair, inflammation, and healing when used appropriately. But they’re not a shortcut ….and they don’t replace the fundamentals.
