We were honored to visit Kindertransport – Rescuing Children on the Brink of War at the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, led by resident Marcia Zidle.

This powerful exhibition offers a moving look at the rescue effort that saved thousands of children, the heartbreaking choices parents made to send their children to safety, and the new lives those children began in the United Kingdom. It stands as a profound testament to resilience, courage, and the strength of the human spirit.

The museum also honored our residents Bert Romberg z”l and Maggie Furst, making this visit especially meaningful. An unforgettable experience and an important reminder of the legacy we must continue to remember and share.

🕎🎶✨ What a Night! ✨🎶🕎 Our Hanukkah celebration was an absolute hit! From the moment guests arrived, the room was filled with warmth, music, and holiday spirit.
Highlights included
✨ A beautiful candle lighting that truly captured the magic of Hanukkah
🎶 Live entertainment by the incredibly talented Cara Freedman, who had everyone singing along
🥔 Fresh latke-making by our amazing LMP leadership team, complete with all the favorite toppings
🍽️ Delicious appetizers, desserts, and festive seasonal drinks
We came together to laugh, connect, and celebrate the Festival of Lights—creating memories and sharing a warm Legacy welcome all around.
Thank you to our Marketing and Lifestyle Teams and TheLegacyAtHome for helping make this joyful celebration such a huge success. Hanukkah magic was definitely in the air! ✨

✨ Field trip fun! Our Legacy Midtown Park Assisted Living crew took over the Ga***rd Hotel in Grapevine, exploring the stunning décor finishing with lunch at the Riverwalk Cantina—like a mini getaway to San Antonio. 🌮🛶❤️😄 Beautiful décor, great company, and a delicious lunch. Perfect day! 🌟
