Taylor Counseling Group Providing affordable, reliable and accessible mental health services to communities across Texas.

We believe that everyone should have access to premium mental healthcare, regardless of income level. With 12 locations in Texas and plans for rapid growth, we serve clients from age five through late adulthood. Our services range from traditional individual counseling to couples counseling, family therapy, and more. We are proud to offer a standard private rate at $110 per session, whereas many practices charge $150 or more for therapy of our caliber. Taylor Counseling Group is a value-driven organization that believes in the power of community support. We are proud to donate $1 from every session to Okay to Say, an award-winning public awareness campaign that strives to break the stigma behind asking for help, encourages people to talk openly about mental health, and communicates that most mental illnesses are treatable.

We’re often quick to extend grace to others, but when it comes to ourselves? That same grace can be hard to find. Here’s the truth: You can’t pour into others if you’re running on empty. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s what allows you to show up better for everyone else in your life. When you invest in yourself, it ripples outward. So, if you’re ready to start showing yourself the same care you give to others, we’re here. Click the link in bio to get started.

If something in your life breaks, you fix it. So when your mental health is struggling, why treat it any differently? Anxiety. Depression. Feeling stuck. Those things don’t just go away on their own. And if you’ve tried things before that didn’t work, that’s okay. This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about learning the tools that actually help you move forward. When you’re ready to invest in yourself, we’re only a click away. Link in bio.

“Now” can feel overwhelming. It gets loud. It feels urgent. It feels like everything happening in front of you is too big to carry. But zoom out for a second. Every person who has ever lived is living in the same small window of time. This moment is rare. This day is part of something much bigger than it feels. So instead of getting pulled into everything at once, come back to today. Just today. If your thoughts feel like they won’t slow down, let us help you find steadiness again. Click the link in bio.

A takeaway from The Alchemist: Stay on your path. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s yours. Life will still be hard. You’ll still feel discouraged sometimes, but you’re not doing it alone. Even when it feels quiet, something is still working with you, not against you. If you’re feeling off track, we can help you reconnect with where you’re going. You don’t control what’s happening around you, but you do control how you show up in it. The more you focus on your choices and your next steps, the less power everything else has over you. It’s not about controlling more. It’s about focusing better. Catch the full conversation on the For Self Examination podcast, or connect with us if you want help applying it to your life. Being vulnerable is hard. It means saying the thing you’d rather avoid. Admitting when something hurt you. And sometimes, recognizing when you might have played a part in the conflict too. But vulnerability is often where growth begins. When we’re willing to listen, take ownership, and stay curious instead of defensive, it creates space for deeper understanding and stronger relationships. If you’re working through conflict or communication challenges, we're here to help. Visit the link in our bio to learn more or schedule a session.

It’s easy to cut people off when you disagree. Different politics. Different beliefs. Different opinions about…just about anything, but disagreement doesn’t always mean a relationship has no value. Sometimes the harder path is staying curious. Staying respectful. Finding common ground where you can. Relationships, whether with family, friends, or even neighbors, aren’t perfect, but they can still be meaningful. Healthy boundaries matter. But so does remembering that people don’t have to agree on everything to still care about each other. If navigating relationships feels complicated right now, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Learn more about working through it with us by clicking the link in our bio.

We hear the phrase “cut toxic people out of your life” a lot. But relationships are rarely that simple.

Not every conflict means someone is toxic, and not every relationship is meant to last forever. A helpful question to ask is: Who am I becoming in this relationship?

If a connection consistently pulls you away from the person you want to be, it may be worth reconsidering how much space it takes up in your life.
Growth changes relationships, and that’s a normal part of being human.

We're here to help you work through those relationship dynamics! Visit the link in our bio to learn more or schedule an appointment.

Setting boundaries with family can feel especially hard. After all, we didn’t exactly get to choose them.

But healthy boundaries aren’t about shutting people out. They’re about knowing where you stand. You don’t have to be a doormat, and you don’t have to build a wall.

Sometimes it’s simply saying, “Let’s not go there tonight.” And sometimes it’s choosing to step away.

If you’re working on building healthier boundaries in your life, we're here to help. Visit the link in our bio to get started.

One of the hardest parts of relationships is accepting that we can’t change people. We can ask. We can communicate. But ultimately, the decision to change is theirs.

What is within your power is how you respond. Sometimes that means shifting expectations, protecting your peace, and finding ways to meet the moment without resentment.

If you're navigating a relationship that feels complicated, we can offer a space to talk it through. Get started by clicking the link in our bio.

Some couples think they're at the end…when they're actually at a turning point.

Resentment doesn't mean there’s no future. It means there’s pain that hasn’t been worked through yet. And it’s okay to say, “Our marriage needs help.”

Marriage counseling can create space to slow things down, understand each other better, and build skills that last beyond one hard season.

You are not alone, and this doesn't have to be the end of your love story. If you're ready to take the next step towards a stronger marriage, click the link in bio!
