🖤 Our hearts are with the Texas Hill Country 🖤

I am deeply saddened by the devastating floods impacting so many communities in the Texas Hill Country. The loss, destruction, and fear felt by families during this time is unimaginable.

I am especially heartbroken by the reports of the missing and hurt girls from Camp Mystic. My thoughts and prayers are with their families, the search teams, and everyone affected by this heartbreaking situation.

Please continue to lift up these communities and stay informed about ways to offer support — whether through donations, sharing resources, or simply spreading love in a time of so much loss.

Texas is strong, and we are holding you close in our hearts. 💔🌧️🙏

HAPPY 2021!!
2020 was difficult in so many ways and if you are reading this, you still survived it! 2020 was a test of resiliency, grit, strength, and faith.
Today I encourage you to set your intentions for the 2021 year and strive each day to live an intentional life of positivity, mindfulness, and love.

For my clients I had the honor of working with in 2020, I am so so so so grateful for you. Thank you for allowing me on your healing journey and trusting me with your process. Yall mean so much to me, words cannot express!
