At CorrHealth, the voices of our team members matter most. Here’s what DeSharia Uribe, HSA at our Albany County partner-facility, shared about her experience:
“I have been with CorrHealth for two and a half years. CorrHealth is a truly unique company. I have never seen a company that cares about its team members as CorrHealth does. Support from colleagues, supervisors, people, and culture, as well as from the highest levels of administration, is unmatched.
Whenever a question or idea arises at my site, from the deputies, county administration, or our very own team members, I know we can present whatever we need to CorrHealth without any reserve or hesitation. I know that anytime our team has a need or question, we will be supported no matter what.
I love that CorrHealth truly invests in leadership training to continually set us up for success. In other places, you hear of people leaving for reasons such as no room for growth. CorrHealth actually promotes professional development and provides resources and support for professional growth. The leadership retreats are such a blessing, allowing us to spend quality time together while promoting team growth and learning from each other. What may not be working at one site could be working at another, and it is so beautiful to be able to spend a few days with each other.
I can't say how much I appreciate the love and support I get from the CorrHealth team. It is certainly not every day you can say your CEO called you to check in on you and your family.
