We were elated and honored yesterday to once again partner with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office and the Colorado Jail Association (CJA) to sponsor Elmer Dickens, General Counsel for the Oregon Sheriff’s Association and a lead speaker for the AELE conference, who delivered a powerful, interactive, full-day training covering several critical topics impacting today’s correctional professionals. Elmer’s training topics were based on:

• The Prison Litigation Reform Act
• In-Custody Deaths
• Critical Decision-Making in Correctional Facilities
• S*x, Power, & Staff Misconduct.

Ongoing training and awareness of emerging trends are essential in our industry, and we are elated to sponsor and host Elmer and his invaluable expertise for our partners, team members, and colleagues.
