Amplified Minds is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to offering free mental health services to Texas residents aged 18 and older. Since 2014, we have been committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, addiction, and suicide. Our services include individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive environment for individuals to share their struggles and successes. To date, we have assisted over 4,000 people in accessing the quality care they deserve. Our Mission:
Amplified Minds is dedicated to offering free mental health services to Texas Residents ages 18+ while working to break the stigma surrounding mental health. We aim to create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can access the care they need, encouraging open conversations and empowering individuals to prioritize their mental well-being.

We’re thrilled to welcome Rachel as our new Director of Outreach & Development. A UNT Sociology graduate and recipient of the Emerging Arts Leadership Award from the Association of Performing Arts Presenters, Rachel is driven by collaboration, thoughtful operations, and awesome creative humans. She’s especially passionate about community-building in the Dallas arts scene, supporting artists, and helping organizations grow sustainably.

Her commitment to service runs deep—from volunteering with North Texas Master Naturalist to years as a board member and music coordinator for Art Conspiracy, supporting artists and creative spaces across our community.

Rachel is passionate about uplifting artists, strengthening community through the arts, and advocating for accessible mental health care. She’s excited to join Amplified Minds to help grow our outreach and fundraising efforts and to advance our mission of breaking stigma, expanding access to care, and building a healthier, more inclusive community. 💙

We’re thrilled to announce Amplified Minds is expanding to Fort Worth — and we’re adding a group support session starting Sunday, March 1st at 2 PM! 🎉

This group is led by Kirk Stafford, a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience supporting adults and teens through depression, anxiety, life transitions, and substance use. Kirk creates a safe, understanding environment for people navigating social isolation, belonging, and mental health challenges. 🌟
