One act of self-care that grounds me is writing. Journaling helps me slow down, process, and reconnect with myself. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, consider how putting your thoughts on paper might support you too. Sometimes a few sentences can create a little more space to breathe.

I am greatful to work from home after a long weekend. I would have never thought I would have this work arrangement 10 years ago. Working from home has taught me balance, boundaries, and the beauty of creating space for both productivity and rest. Throw in some kids and there are many lessons on patience too! Who can relate?

Mamas, take a pause today.

Amid the holiday rush, the messy meals, and little hands tugging at you, don’t forget to notice the tiny moments of joy — the giggles, the snuggles, the little victories. You are deserving of peace, joy, and rest, not just for your children, but for yourself too.

Today, as we reflect on gratitude, remember: your happiness matters, mama.

Don't forget your journey.

Through the joys, the sorrows, the wins, and the struggles — your worth remains whole and unshakable. Take a moment today to honor yourself, your growth, and all that you’ve overcome.

You are deserving of love, gratitude, and kindness, from yourself first and always.

As we begin a new week, remember that mental wellness matters at every stage of life. Here are just 3 elements of mental wellness that Hatch Life incorporates in our work together.

Growth mindset: believing you can learn, adapt, and overcome challenges.

Healthy coping: using strategies that help you manage stress and emotions in safe, supportive ways.

Interdependence: building connections and leaning on others while maintaining your own sense of self.

Prioritizing these elements can help you navigate life with more balance, resilience, and joy. Contact us today! Link in bio

❤️ Let’s talk about relationships during the holidays.

The season of joy can also bring pressure — juggling family expectations, finances, travel, and emotional overwhelm. For moms, it might feel like carrying the weight of everyone’s happiness. For newlyweds, navigating new traditions can be tricky. And for women dating, the holidays can stir up questions about connection and commitment.

At Hatch Life Wellness, we’re here to help you nurture your relationship — whether you’re working through challenges or simply want to keep things strong and healthy. Therapy isn’t just for when things are hard — it’s also for maintenance and growth.

Our Story

Hatch Life founder, Maima Fant, created Hatch Life Mental Health Services in 2014. Three Little Birds, by Bob Marley, was her inspiration for the Hatch Life name and logo. "Every little thing, is gonna be alright" are words from this song that gave Maima hope and reassurance as a new mom.

Maima has been dedicated to the health and well-being of women and families throughout her career and continues to support her clients in addressing issues of trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, parent-child attachment and social/emotional development in early childhood.

"It is an honor to be chosen to walk alongside you on your path to healing and wellness." Remember, you are not alone, you matter, and Hatch Life is here to help you thrive.
