Meet PGY-1, James Applewhite! He's from Fort Worth and chose Urology as a specialty because it offers the ideal combination of surgical precision and deeply human, relationship-centered care. He also likes how it provides a technical challenge while also allowing him to care for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments.
