Foundation Medical Group - Texas ADHD & Addiction Treatment Foundation Medical Group is an outpatient clinic specializing in treating both adult ADD/ADHD and opiate-dependency. We are currently accepting patients.

Foundation Medical Group believes in helping everyone reach their fullest potential, whether you are struggling with adult ADD/ADHD, or/and especially those trying to manage a serious addiction to painkillers or opiates. Our goal is to treat you, while treating you like family. Our team of doctors and addiction specialists come from multiple disciplines, including psychiatry, rehabilitation medicine, addiction medicine, spine and pain management, internal medicine, and family medicine. Our clinics work as a team in order to ensure that your needs are properly identified and treated while you are part of our ADHD treatment or addiction-recovery program. We pride ourselves in the fact that our patients receive their treatment in a respectful, patient-friendly environment. Because of our model, and our current success with treating patients, Foundation Medical Group has grown, adding new clinics in the following locations:
American Fork, UT
Athens, GA
Richmond, VA
Dallas, TX

We are currently accepting new patients in both our ADD/ADHD treatment program and our Buprenorphine therapy program (a.k.a. Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv, or Bunavail). New patients in the program are required to schedule an intake appointment. Please, if you are concerned about your--or a loved one's--struggle with adult ADD/ADHD or a dependency on prescription painkillers, call us now and schedule an appointment at one of our clinics.
