When Harry was admitted to Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital, he faced significant functional and cognitive challenges, requiring total assistance for transfers and all self-care activities.
From day one, Harry was supported by a comprehensive interdisciplinary team working toward one shared goal: his recovery. Through consistent participation in coordinated, patient-centered care Harry made remarkable progress.
By discharge, Harry achieved independence in all self-care tasks and was able to ambulate independently. His physical recovery, cognitive gains, and mobility exceeded established goals—allowing him to safely return home and function independently.
We are incredibly proud of Harry’s dedication and the interdisciplinary teamwork that supported his success, and we look forward to his continued recovery journey!
