Reminding myself to stop, slow down, & take at least 3 deep breaths throughout the day is a practice I use to refocus and stay grounded when things get overwhelming.

Lately, I’ve been repeating this inspiring phrase like a mantra from wise woman & friend Sandra Ingerman.

Having a simple practice like deep breathing or taking a short walk is a great way to stay connected to yourself in challenging times & the busyness of life.
