- 120 one bedroom apartments for independent living

The Hi-Meadows - USDA Housing (570-675-5944)
- 36 one bedroom apartments & 4 two bedroom apartments
- Provides reduced rentals to very low, low and moderate income housing for those 62 years of age or older, handicapped or disabled regardless of age.
- Rent is based on income & rental assistance from USDA RD.

🎄💚 The Grinch wasn’t done with us yet at the Meadows Manor! He made a few surprise visits, checking his list and taking notes on who was naughty or nice this year. His antics gave both our residents and team members plenty of laughs. But we all know the truth—deep down, the Grinch has plenty of love in his heart and is just as excited for Christmas at the Meadows! 🎅

🎄✨ Looks like our residents at Garden Village Apartments snuck in a little extra Christmas fun this season!

Everyone enjoyed delicious food, great entertainment (a big thank you to our very own maintenance team member, Bill!), and we even had a special visit from Santa himself! 🎅🎶

So many smiles, laughs, and festive cheer filled the room—it was wonderful to see our residents truly embracing the holiday spirit.

From all of us at The Meadows and EEI, we wish you a very Happy Holidays! ❤️🎁

🎁 Every Christmas season, The Meadows is proud to support a local charity through a donation drive. This year, we were honored to support Hanover AMVETS Post 59 in their mission to help homeless veterans during the holiday season 🎅

Thanks to the generosity of our team members and community, we collected clothing items including sweatshirts, sweatpants, shirts, hygiene products, and more. We are grateful for the opportunity to give back and support those who have given so much to our country 🇺🇸

🎄✨ Santa’s Elves Were Busy at The Meadows! ✨🎄

The Meadows Auxiliary and our amazing Activities Department worked hard today being Santa’s elves 🎅. They put together wonderful gifts for each of our nursing residents, spreading so much holiday cheer!

Looks like we had a lot of good girls and boys this year 🎁❤️
Great job, everyone—and thank you for making the season extra special for our residents!
