This program is designed for dedicated practitioners and teachers who want to deepen their study of Iyengar Yoga, refine their teaching skills, and immerse themselves in a supportive learning community.

Across more than 60 hours of training, you’ll explore asana, pranayama, sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, observation, adjustments, and more. Whether you are teaching already or aspiring to, this program provides a clear, structured path to maturity in the lineage of B.K.S. Iyengar.
