Begin your morning with a few minutes of gentle movement — maybe a stretch, a breath, or a walk outside — and follow it with this golden turmeric-ginger smoothie:
✨ 1 cup almond milk
✨ 1 tsp turmeric
✨ ½ tsp fresh ginger
✨ 1 banana
✨ A pinch of black pepper (to activate that turmeric!)
✨ Optional: a handful of spinach for extra nutrients

Blend, sip slowly, and take a few deep breaths while you do.

Our group classes emphasize healthy aging, provide support & healing for those living with chronic medical conditions, and ongoing recovery following injury or surgery. Of course, everyone can benefit from slowing the everyday pace a bit, so our Gentle, Restorative Yoga, Deep Stretch and Mindful Meditation classes are great for everyone, no matter your level of experience on the mat. At Movement Therapy, Yoga is for everybody!
