St. Joseph's Helpers

Many mothers choose life through the compassionate care of St. Joseph's Helpers.

Our services include free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, referrals to other community assistance agencies, adoption referrals, in addition to material and financial assistance. Our services are available to all regardless of age, marital status, race, religion, legal residence, or economic status and are free of charge. White Rose centers are on the front lines and helping save lives six days of every week, and 24 hours a day answering the 972-BABY-DUE pregnancy hotline. We are serving the most at-risk and vulnerable in our community, bringing to them the message of God’s love and mercy. We are building bridges within the Catholic community in Dallas, partnering with St. Vincent de Paul Society to provide financial assistance, and Catholic Charities to provide adoption referrals (we are their primary source of referrals).

Mass and adoration were celebrated in our chapel today in honor of St. Joseph, our patron. During this special solemnity, we prayed for our donors, volunteers, staff, and especially all our clients and their children. Please know of our prayers for you!

All are invited to the White Rose Chapel for Mass and Adoration on Thursday, March 19th, for the Solemnity of St. Joseph, Patron of St. Joseph’s Helpers. Mass at 8:30am followed by adoration until 3:00pm. St. Joseph, pray for us!

Today we remember the Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court Decision that legalized abortion on January 22, 1973. We honor the lives lost to abortion. We pray for those wounded by abortion and in need of healing. We commit to building a culture of life and love.

Our Story

Our services include free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, adoption referrals, in addition to material and financial assistance. We have comprehensive programs to accommodate our clients in their unique situation. One of these is the Magdalene Program, which is our mentoring and support program for our pregnant mothers who need help. THis is offered free and includes guest speakers, babysitting, lunch, and professional counseling. In addition, we have the Well Woman Clinic which provides the well-woman exam for all our clients and includes breast exam, pelvic exam, and pap smear as well as STD testing. This is operated by five Catholic, pro-life OB-GYN doctors who volunteer their time and service to help the women in need. Our services are available to all regardless of age, marital status, race, religion, legal residence, or economic status and are free of charge. White Rose is on the front lines and helping save lives six days of every week, and 24 hours a day answering the 972-BABY-DUE pregnancy hotline. We are serving the most at-risk and vulnerable in our community, bringing to them the message of God’s love and mercy. We are building bridges within the Catholic community in Dallas, partnering with St. Vincent de Paul Society, Catholic Charities, and Missionaries of Charity all of whom play a vital part as our partner to provide the most comprehensive care possible to these women.
