St. Joseph's Helpers

Many mothers choose life through the compassionate care of St. Joseph's Helpers.

Our services include free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, referrals to other community assistance agencies, adoption referrals, in addition to material and financial assistance. Our services are available to all regardless of age, marital status, race, religion, legal residence, or economic status and are free of charge. White Rose centers are on the front lines and helping save lives six days of every week, and 24 hours a day answering the 972-BABY-DUE pregnancy hotline. We are serving the most at-risk and vulnerable in our community, bringing to them the message of God’s love and mercy. We are building bridges within the Catholic community in Dallas, partnering with St. Vincent de Paul Society to provide financial assistance, and Catholic Charities to provide adoption referrals (we are their primary source of referrals).

Magdalene Program held its 2nd Christmas celebration with Mass and a meal for 22 moms and their children. They played holiday trivia, made ornaments, and posed for lots of photos! The kids dressed up for a very sweet Nativity scene. We are so blessed to bring the joy of the Christmas season to over 50 courageous moms and their adorable children!

Our Magdalene Program en Español celebrated Christmas with Mass and a meal for 30 moms and their children. It was a festive afternoon with presents, a piñata, and a Nativity scene! Thank you for blessing our Magdalene Program with your continued support!

Our Story

Our services include free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, adoption referrals, in addition to material and financial assistance. We have comprehensive programs to accommodate our clients in their unique situation. One of these is the Magdalene Program, which is our mentoring and support program for our pregnant mothers who need help. THis is offered free and includes guest speakers, babysitting, lunch, and professional counseling. In addition, we have the Well Woman Clinic which provides the well-woman exam for all our clients and includes breast exam, pelvic exam, and pap smear as well as STD testing. This is operated by five Catholic, pro-life OB-GYN doctors who volunteer their time and service to help the women in need. Our services are available to all regardless of age, marital status, race, religion, legal residence, or economic status and are free of charge. White Rose is on the front lines and helping save lives six days of every week, and 24 hours a day answering the 972-BABY-DUE pregnancy hotline. We are serving the most at-risk and vulnerable in our community, bringing to them the message of God’s love and mercy.
