You can do hard things. But you can also do less-hard thingsš
This is a simple example, and we have all heard that perfect is the enemy of good, but sometimes you need to slow down, ask yourself some questions, and see if your all-or-nothing thinking is stalling your movement forward.
Sometimes you need to do the most, that is true.
And sometimes the most is simply in your way.
All my clients are go-getting, hard-working, intelligent people, and ALL of them battle all-or-nothing thinking because of it. They are capable of anything, but tired of feeling stuck and want better way.
If this is you, send me a DM. Or just save this when you need to remember that doing a little less might actually be helpful.
