Yesterday evening, we had the privilege of coming together to celebrate and honor our Creekside veterans. Chef Shanee treated all the gentlemen to an incredible meal — the food was as heartfelt as the occasion itself!

A special thank-you to Cub Scout Pack 405 for joining us and showing their appreciation to our veterans. Their energy, gratitude, and smiles truly made the evening even more meaningful.

🎃 Pumpkin Protein Balls Recipe 🎃

These no-bake pumpkin protein balls are a delicious and nutritious snack packed with fiber, healthy fats, and seasonal flavor. Perfect for a quick energy boost or a healthy treat!

Ingredients
🥣 ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
🥣 ¼ cup almond or cashew butter
🥣 ¼ cup pumpkin puree
🥣 1 scoop (25 g) vanilla protein powder
🥣 ½ tablespoon ground flaxseed
🥣 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
🥣 1 teaspoon chia seeds
🥣 3 tablespoons maple syrup
🥣 Pinch of cinnamon
🥣 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions
1️⃣ Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
2️⃣ Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to form the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls.
3️⃣ Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
