The Legacy Willow Bend is the only Life Care retirement community in Plano, offering a full continuum of care that includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. We are committed to giving residents more than just quality care – we deliver experiences. The Legacy Willow Bend is a place where people with fascinating backgrounds build new friendships, learn new skills, challenge each other and find new ways to enjoy life each and every day. The Legacy at Willow Bend sits on 28 acres in Northwest Plano. The north and west lines of the property are bordered by White Rock Creek. Preston Road, Ohio Drive, Hillcrest Road and Spring Creek Road border the property’s other sides, making access convenient, while maintaining the peaceful and quiet feeling residents appreciate. Our scenic campus features a spa and aquatic center, card rooms, theaters, a library, artwork, true fine dining and much more - all enjoyed in a professional and caring environment. Our community at The Legacy Willow Bend truly stepped up to make a difference this Thanksgiving! 🧡

When we learned that local food pantries were experiencing record-high demand, we launched a campus-wide food drive to support , and the response was incredible. Together, our residents, staff, and volunteers donated 834 pounds of food, which translates to 695 meals for families in need—just in time for the holiday season.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make this effort such a success. Your generosity reflects the true spirit of The Legacy: community, compassion, and care.

Giving Back Happy Hour filled our hearts tonight! Residents donated canned goods for Minnie’s Pantry and new socks for our homeless neighbors. We also celebrated Chef Mike’s birthday and enjoyed an amazing pasta bar for dinner!
