She began her coaching journey in group fitness and personal training, but has since transitioned into the online coaching world. She is a natural figure competitor and enjoys the sport of bodybuilding. She loves working with competitive athletes.

🔎 Before scouring the market for the latest supplement craze, it’s crucial to prioritize the fundamentals of health: sleep, nutrition, and hydration. Research consistently shows that insufficient sleep can lead to a myriad of health issues, including impaired cognitive function, weakened immune system, and increased risk of chronic diseases. Likewise, poor nutrition can hinder physical performance, cognitive function, and overall well-being. Hydration is equally vital, as even mild dehydration can negatively impact cognitive function and physical performance. While supplements can be beneficial in certain cases, they are not a substitute for a balanced lifestyle. Instead, they should complement a foundation of healthy habits, serving as an adjunct to support optimal health and performance. By prioritizing sleep, nutrition, and hydration, individuals can lay the groundwork for overall wellness and maximize the effectiveness of any supplements they choose to incorporate.
