I don’t think I’ve ever felt like a celebrity in my life, but I definitely did that week 😂

Halloween week was pure joy. Seeing how excited the kids were to meet Ms. Rachel completely melted my heart. Some were even a little shy and starstruck, which was the sweetest thing ever.

POV: Me watching a client “adjust” themselves right before their adjustment. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Friendly reminder: popping your own spine doesn’t equal an adjustment. It doesn’t restore motion in the right places or correct the root cause. It might even stress already mobile areas instead of helping the tight ones. Chiropractic adjustments are all about precision and restoring proper movement where your body truly needs it.

I’ve encouraged my “self-popping” clients to do their best to break the habit - especially on adjustment days - so I can truly get to the problem area. They tend to get better adjustments that way, and over time, with consistent care, they often find they don’t need to self-pop anymore because we’re addressing the root cause.

Tag your friend who can’t resist a good “crack”. 😅
