Daylight Saving Time can affect more than just our clocks. It can impact sleep, mood, and energy. ⏰
If you’ve been feeling a little off this week, give your body time to adjust. Small changes in routine can take a moment for our minds and bodies to catch up.

Be patient with yourself, get some rest, and ease into the new rhythm. 💛

As we approach the end of the week, let's take a moment to touch base with ourselves. Try the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise today to calm your nervous system and bring you back to center. 💜
Grounding is not avoidance. It’s regulation!

Grounding tools help, but skilled support sustains.

This month, we honor women’s resilience and name the emotional labor many carry. Mental health support must recognize caregiving, inequity, and lived experiences which often go unrecognized when asking, "what happened to you?"
💜Supporting women’s mental health strengthens families, workplaces, and communities. Take time to check in with your family, friends, and colleagues to see where you can provide that support.
