We are deeply discouraged to see continued cuts to vital funding and services for mental health across the country. These programs are lifelines for individuals and families in our communities who rely on accessible support.

Now more than ever, it’s important to make your voice heard. We encourage our followers to reach out to their elected officials and advocate for sustained investment in mental health services. Every voice counts.

💙 Thank you, Rockwall County Library! 💙

We’re so grateful to have been included in the library’s De-Stress Fest last night. We had a great time creating journals, slowing down, and seeing which messages resonated most through the stickers participants chose. It was a simple but meaningful reminder of how powerful reflection can be.

It was especially impactful to talk about mindfulness and taking intentional pauses for our mental health during the busy holiday season. We also loved making new friends… including a few furry, four-legged ones 🐾

We’re thankful for community partners like the Rockwall County Library and look forward to more opportunities to connect in the future. As the holidays approach, let this be your reminder to check in with yourself, slow down when you can, and prioritize your mental health... you deserve it.

Our Executive Director joined EDs from across the country for Hill Day at the Capitol, coming together to advocate for stronger mental health support nationwide.

She also joined fellow Texas leaders to meet with members of the Texas congressional delegation, sharing the needs of the communities we serve and uplifting the voices of individuals and families impacted by mental health conditions.

A huge thank you to each office who took the time to meet with us and hear about the work happening right here in North Texas. We appreciate your partnership and commitment to improving mental health access and outcomes.
