"The first visit, for my cataract procedures, with tech left me with questions. The tech answered my concerns by a couple of phone calls prior to first procedure. The meeting with doctors and anesthesiologist before procedure was positive and reassuring. All of the clinical areas were super clean and cold temperature in all areas seemed uninviting for germs.
