The Throat Chakra, also called the Vishuddha, is located in your throat. 🩵

This energy center represents your authenticity and self-expression.

How important is it to be aligned with your own Soul? How often might you ignore your truth because the fear that others may challenge it or not accept it make you feel vulnerable?

Perhaps we ignore our true feelings and knowing because it appears to be less work than honoring our voice.

Picking our battles may be important, although it can become an increased energetic burden over time if we always give in to avoid conflict with others. Over time, we realize that we’ve only created more conflict within ourselves.

It is a courageous act to honor who we truly are and not give in to the perceptions of society or other’s expectations of what is “right.”

It carries even more honor when we can share our truth with the voice of grace, respect and kindness.

I’m so excited to officially open registration for something truly special we’ve been creating at My Chakra Center.

This will be our first somatic breathwork experience - an intimate, 4-hour workshop held in the days leading into the New Moon, designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

This experience will be co-facilitated alongside Lauren Cureton of BuDhaGirl, a certified somatic breathwork and sound healing practitioner. Together, we’ve thoughtfully designed this workshop to support a full arc of release, reflection, and integration.

Together, we’ll move through a carefully guided experience:

A grounding meditation to arrive fully in your body

Intention setting aligned with the New Moon

A full somatic breathwork session for deep emotional release
✨
Time for tea, nourishment, and quiet reflection
✨
A creative integration process, where you’ll create a layered, symbolic mandala to anchor your experience

A closing meditation and crystal bowl sound bath to integrate and restore

Dear Beautiful Soul,

There was a time in my life when I searched endlessly for clarity -
reading, asking, analyzing, waiting for someone or something outside of me to confirm what I should do next.

But the truth is…
the answers were never missing.
I just wasn’t listening in the right place.

It wasn’t until I slowed down - until I allowed quiet moments of reflection - that my intuition began to speak clearly.

Not loudly.
Not dramatically.
But with a steady, calm knowing.

This is the wisdom of the Third Eye Chakra - the space where insight doesn’t come from logic, but from alignment.

"The Year of Unfolding 2026" represents the gentle, powerful process of unfolding - moving forward not by force, but through release, trust, and inner alignment.

The figure gazes toward the future, while golden energy at the crown ignites insight and vitality, transforming into a flowing blue river through the throat and heart—where truth, emotion, and authentic expression merge. A small red heart hovers at the energetic heart space, reminding us that love remains the guide throughout transformation.
