Our Story

Dr. Hubert Freeman's office performs the following services: Cleanings, Periodontal Scaling and Root Planning, Fillings, Crowns, Root Canals, Therapeutic Pulpotomy Bleaching, Partial Dentures as well as complete Dentures.

Dr. Freeman graduated from Huston Tillotson College (back then) in 1959 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He majored in Biology and Chemistry and was a track star and an “ace” basketball player.

After graduation, Dr. Freeman was selected for an internship with the National Park Service and spent the summer in Yosemite National Park as a park ranger. There he used that degree in biology to teach visitors about the park’s natural beauty.

But it was war time (Vietnam, to be specific) and a reluctant Dr. Freeman “volunteered” for the U. S. Army. It was a decision that changed his life. His MOS (military occupational code) aka: his military job was top secret, and I’ve been told “if I tell you we have to kill you”. It involved spending a year in Sinop, Turkey where he continued his track stardom. But something else happened in Turkey. Dr. Freeman met and began working with the dentist on the army base and realized that he had a special talent for the work. Turkey was where he was inspired to become a dentist.
