Connect Pediatrics is a leading provider of pediatric home health care (nursing and therapy) throughout Texas. Our highly trained clinicians provide personalized, ongoing care for children with needs such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, feeding tube care, enteral/parental nutrition, respiratory care, seizure intervention, and other specialized medical care. Our back office and managem

ent team provides 24/7 support to our nurses and therapists. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, 401K, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance. Connect Pediatrics was founded by Ezra and Gina Kuenzi, RN, who were inspired by their nephew, Dillon. Dillon was born with multiple medical issues so severe that he needs round-the-clock skilled nursing care. Based on our family's experience, we started Connect with the goal of simply providing each patient with the same level of care and service that we would want for our own family. With that goal in mind, we focus not only on providing the highest level of clinical care, but also on building relationships and connecting with each family on a personal level.

Chelsea and Clinton had an amazing time representing our team at the Autism Run! 🏃‍♀️✨ It was a meaningful event filled with community, support, and awareness.

We also loved seeing one of our incredible nurses, Sheila, who stopped by from our Tyler office! 🙌 It’s always special to connect with our team outside of the workplace.

Events like this reflect what matters most to us. Showing up for the communities we serve and supporting the families behind every patient. 💙

Meet Madison Wiley!

As the oldest sibling, Madison believes her role has greatly shaped who she is today—instilling strong values of responsibility, independence, and leading by example. She carries those qualities into her work and the way she supports others every day. 💛

She loves all things Harry Potter and lives by the quote: “Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” ✨

Madison’s first job was at a firework stand, and while she once envisioned a clinical path in physical therapy, she’s discovered a true passion for the administrative side of healthcare—supporting both patients and clinicians in meaningful ways.

At Connect, “Serve Others” isn’t just a value—it’s something our team lives out every single day.

Recently, one of our incredible nurses, Anna, traveled to South Africa on a mission trip with Nurses With Purpose.

For three days, Anna and her team set up pop-up clinics in deeply underserved villages—places without running water, basic sanitation, or access to essential care.

They cared for patients who had never received things many of us take for granted, like reading glasses, pain relief, or basic medical attention. From checking vitals to distributing medications and making critical referrals, they made a meaningful impact on entire communities.

On the fourth day, they helped feed children who rely on school meals as their primary source of food—many of whom go without eating until the next school day.

Thank you, Anna, for leading by example and showing what it truly means to serve others! 💙

🌟 If you could change something in the world, what would it be? I would change all aspects of hate within the world.

➡️What could you give a 30-minute presentation about with no advance preparation? The cycle of OCD and anxiety.

⏺️Discuss a project or achievement that may not have happened if you weren’t involved: I created a kid-friendly PowerPoint presentation related to all spectrums of identity while working at a mental health center. Given the diverse patient population, I felt it was important to create a space for open discussion about these topics, while integrating statistics and addressing mental health.
