At Maze of Life, our Domestic Violence program is designed to meet you where you are and guide you forward with clarity and support.

The program runs between 24 and 52 weeks, depending on your state and your case. Each week includes a 1 to 2 hour session in a small group of 6 to 8 people. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening classes so your schedule does not have to be a barrier.

This is not about punishment. It is about understanding patterns, identifying where reactions come from, and learning how to respond before situations escalate. Many people come in carrying frustration, guilt, or confusion about how things reached this point. That experience is more common than you might think.

Throughout the program, you will learn how to notice emotional warning signs, understand the impact of your choices, and practice healthier ways to respond. Accountability is part of the process, but it is handled in a way that supports growth rather than shame.

Over time, many participants begin to see real shifts in how they show up in relationships and daily life. Change is possible, and this program offers the structure to make it real.

If you are here, you still have the chance to move forward differently. We are here to walk that path with you, one step at a time.
