Okay so here’s the recipe! I know it seems a lot and I’m thinking about a cooking/play class over here. Take it a step at a time and enjoy the process. Explore the spices, amounts and taste you like!
INGREDIENTS👌
1. 1 C “milk” we like “ojas” milk
2. 1-3 dashes ceylon cinnamon
3. dash cardamom
4. pinch clove (optional)
5. pinch coriander (optional)
*take it easy on the spices. You can always add more 🙂
4 STEP RECIPE: ✨✨✨✨
1. Add 1 C ojas milk + few pinches of fav spices to your fav cup. Use store bought almond, nut, or other milk if needed but it’s actually less time to make the ojas milk (about 7 min total) and so much more delicious and nutritious!!
2. Froth it up 1-3 minutes depending on size.
3. Top w pinch of ceylon cinnamon and cardamom.
4. Enjoy while breathing in your divinity.

This all natural, sweet chai is a show stopper. Literally. Mark stopped mid sentence and said, “Wow! This is really good.” Then I took his cup for a picture and he came looking for it.😂
This one is made with “Ojas milk” an Ayurveda nut milk that’s super simple, boosts immunity and can be tweaked with your favorite spices.
A sugar free staple for cookies, hot cocoa, and afternoon sweet chai, or plain.

For the trees, shrubs, flowers. leaves green and also brown, I thank you. Together you show me a symphony of communication, love, and support. You teach me rhythm and timing. You witness loyalty, trust, permanence, and impermanence.

Calm can seem like something we do when we have time or reserved for special moments or places. But you deserve to feel equanimity AS you move through life, as you work, as you converse, love, and relate. You were born to love and be.
How calm do you feel? How often? Is it something reserved for "later," outside of "real life"? (no judgment, just notice) Awareness is first.

A thank you to those who dare to feel your own transformation and walk your steps to greater freedom and awareness.
The world doesn't always appreciate bold declarations, talk about visions, dreams, or spiritual enlightenment. We are humans trying to bond, forge connection, belong. For our own safety, we walk together.
But if we walk together for safety, we can reinforce low self-efficacy and limiting beliefs about our power, confidence, and love. We can literally re-train ourselves that we need others for safety, value. That we're not enough without them.
How about being in community purely because you WANT to? Because you enjoy the other? Being with others in beautiful trust and openness? Without fear of manipulation, of being too much, or needing to prove? A community that already knew and held your worth?
There's a new community forming-- we walk in courage, growth, and love. Where we become the most B. O. L. D (brave, open, loved, and dynamic) beings possible.
YOU are lit with inspiration! I invite you to dance with the divine, shed the gates and walls of conditioning and come home to yourself. And, explore a group of beings with the same commitment, curiosity, and love for life, growth, joy, and wellbeing.
Take up more room in this world. Take up more room in your breath. Take up more room in your body. We want to see you.
Know the language of you-- your light, your divinity, creativity, ability. Then live that in community, without any lack or fear, but courage, flow, full voice, and efficacy. We need communities that truly support our growth, help us see ourselves, and give us space to learn, be a student, and live in gratitude, high-vibe, and practicing the enough-ness we are.

All classes work to calm and focus the mind, enhance breath capacity, and promote overal physical wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle. Two types available:
Ayurvedic breathwork called pranayama to re-align chakras, provide grounding, relaxation, open the heart, and achieve peace and clarity. Reset your energy for creativity, grounding, sleep, and more.
Pilates breathwork releases tight muscles, increases breath capacity, hydrates fascial tissue, and promotes a more fluid, youthful body. We incorporate small balls that are inexpensive and easy to get. Classes feel like a self massage and de-stress classes. Results are often immediate, relaxing, and highly effective.
I’ll guide you every step of the way. All you need is a mat and a space.
