Their team shared more about their treatment options, including Spravato, medical THC, and TMS therapy—innovative interventions that support individuals with diverse psychiatric needs.

At The Balancing Place, we believe meaningful care happens through collaboration. Building strong relationships with providers like Compassionate Psychiatric Services helps us stay connected to evolving best practices and, most importantly, ensures we can guide our clients toward care that aligns with their unique needs and values.

I’m Keshawn Wallace, LPC-Associate (supervised by Regina Buchanan, LPC-S) and I offer virtual sessions. I believe it takes a village—and therapy can be part of yours.

I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients with identity exploration, coming out (or not), family/relationship stress, minority stress, internalized shame, and code-switching fatigue.
