Lately, I’ve been looking at the word because a little differently.

💬I haven’t started that project because I’m not a morning person, or
💬 I can’t set that boundary because it’s just how I am.

But if we look closer, what follows that because isn’t usually a fact, it’s a limiting belief we’ve carried for years.

It’s a story we tell to keep ourselves safe in the known, even if the known is uncomfortable.

Try this over the weekend🤗👇🏼

Pick one area where you feel stuck (health, work, or even just a habit you can’t shake).

Finish this sentence: “I’m not doing X because...”

Whatever you wrote after the because?

That’s your clue.
That’s the belief we need to sit with.

It’s not about fixing yourself, you’re not broken.
It’s just about updating the software.

I work with a concept called Primary vs. Secondary Foods.

🍎 Secondary Foods are what you eat the macros, the greens, the water.

🌿 Primary Foods are what actually fuel your soul,your relationships, your career, your spiritual practice, and your movement.

The Root Cause of emotional eating and chronic stress often lives in our Primary Foods. When we are starving for connection, purpose, or peace, we try to fill that void with Secondary Food. But you can’t satisfy a soulful hunger with a salad.

I don’t just give you a meal plan. I look at your whole biopsychosocial map to find where the true hunger lies

I’ve added a new blue ritual to my morning, and honestly, the mental clarity has been a game changer.I’m talking about Methylene Blue. 👅💙, yes my tongue is blue🤓

I’m always looking for ways to align my lifestyle with my biology, and supporting my mitochondria is at the top of that list.

Basically? It helps your cells breathe better.
Unlike most antioxidants that work outside the cell, MB goes straight to the mitochondria. It helps increase ATP production and mops up oxidative stress where it starts.
