Research snapshot worth paying attention to 👇

Out of 220 athletes across 19 sports:
• 38.18% were at risk for an eating disorder
• 47.17% were at risk for low energy availability
• 22.73% were at risk for both

Female athletes in aesthetic sports — especially dance and gymnastics — showed the highest prevalence of eating disorders.

Early awareness, proper fueling, and supportive environments are key to protecting athlete health and performance. 💙
