One of the best gifts we received this year, which money can’t buy:

In August, we were rolling down the 183, when the phone vibrated. We looked down and picked up. Before I could say a word, the voice on the other end said “I sincerely and honestly apologize for my behavior a year ago. I was wrong. I humbly ask you for your forgiveness. What can I do to make it right?”

We about ran off the road, but was grinning from ear to ear. It had been a long time since we had someone “own it” and “mean it”. Of course, we forgave them ☮️ 🧘
